I heard GS decides prices based on supply and demand, but are customers actually buying, and paying $44, for a game that's free on EA Access, and went on sale for under $9 digitally? There doesn't seem to be any shortage of physical copies, and Walmart often sells it for under $20. Its value got nerfed this morning, but GS still gives you $20, more than more recent games like Mass Effect Andromeda or Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. GS sells used copies for $44, and was paying $27.50 for trade-ins (up to $46 with the 60% extra credit). I'm curious why Plants vs Zombies 2 is so valued. ![]() Thanks to all the attention the trade-in promotion received, I paid attention to Gamestop's trade-in values for the first time.
